These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Let's Trip ("Let's Trip," "we," "us," or "our") and apply to the Let's Trip website, iOS and Android applications, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. A minor may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Our service and AI-generated content
Let's Trip helps users create, save, edit, share, and explore travel itineraries and may offer price tracking, travel information, and connections to travel providers or agents. Features may vary by location, device, account type, and subscription plan.
Some itineraries, recommendations, descriptions, and other results are generated or summarized using artificial intelligence, including OpenAI technology. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and is provided for planning assistance only. It is not professional, legal, medical, safety, immigration, or financial advice.
Accounts and security
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. We may require verification, reject a registration, or disable credentials when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only lawfully and for its intended travel-planning purposes. You must not:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- upload unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or misleading content;
- interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape, copy, or use automated means to access the service except where we expressly permit it; or
- use the service or its output to develop a competing product, impersonate others, send spam, or facilitate abuse.
Your content
You retain ownership of itineraries, requests, reviews, images, and other content you submit. You grant Let's Trip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and features you choose, including sharing features. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Third-party services and travel providers
The service may display information from or link to third parties such as maps, social platforms, accommodation providers, airlines, booking services, and payment processors. Their content, availability, prices, rules, privacy practices, and services are controlled by them. A link or listing is not an endorsement, and your dealings with a third party are governed by that party's terms.
If you ask for travel offers or booking assistance, we may send relevant non-sensitive itinerary preferences and booking details to selected travel-agent partners. Travel agents and other providers are independent businesses responsible for their own offers, advice, bookings, changes, cancellations, and services. We do not share Google Sign-In data with travel-agent partners.
Paid features, subscriptions, and billing
Certain features require a one-time payment, credits, or a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, taxes, included features, and any additional payment terms are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider, and you authorize the applicable charges when you complete checkout.
Subscriptions renew for the billing period disclosed at checkout unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing controls; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Refunds, credits, and cancellation rights are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. We may change future pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.
Let's Trip intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, branding, logos, original text, and other materials provided by Let's Trip, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal or authorized business use; they do not transfer ownership or permit you to remove notices, resell the service, or exploit our materials without permission.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay required charges, or misuse the service. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes or termination. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through our contact page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers and travel responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of itineraries, prices, schedules, weather, opening hours, entry requirements, safety information, or third-party content.
You are responsible for verifying important information with official and current sources and for your own travel decisions, documents, visas, insurance, health precautions, transportation, reservations, conduct, and safety. Conditions can change quickly, and Let's Trip is not a travel carrier, hotel, insurer, government authority, or emergency service.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's Trip and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, opportunities, or travel expenses arising from the service or third-party services. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Let's Trip for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Let's Trip harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your material violation of these Terms or another person's rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Washington, and you and Let's Trip consent to those courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or our practices. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
