Google Sign-In Data
When you choose Sign in with Google, Google provides Let's Trip with only the basic account information needed to authenticate you and create or access your Let's Trip account. We access, use, and store the following Google user data:
Data we receive and how we use it
- Google account identifier: used only to verify your sign-in and securely link your Google account to your Let's Trip account.
- Email address: used to create and manage your account, identify you when you sign in, and send service-related notifications such as account and trip updates.
- Name: used to display your name in your profile and personalize your experience.
We do not receive or store your Google password. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, contacts, or other Google account content. Google Sign-In is used only for authentication and the account features described above.
Storage and retention
We store your Google account identifier, email address, and name in your Let's Trip account record using reasonable security safeguards. We retain this information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. If you request account deletion, we delete or de-identify this information unless retention is legally required.
Sharing of Google user data
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, partner travel agents, or other third parties for their own purposes. Information may be processed only by service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to operate Let's Trip, such as hosting, security, and email-delivery providers, and may be disclosed if required by law. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
Your choices and deletion
Google Sign-In is optional. You may manage or revoke Let's Trip's access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access stops future Google Sign-In authorization but does not by itself delete your Let's Trip account or information already stored. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and Google user data, contact us using the link below.
Let's Trip's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Security
